The practice

A documentation practice, not a production house.

Four offices, one standard. Each mandate is held by a named senior advisor and read adversarially by a second before it leaves the practice — the same discipline whether the reader is a state bank, a board or a ministry.

  • Senior authorship on every page
  • Adversarial review before every submission
  • One named advisor, answerable start to finish
Standards

What the receiving institution tests.

A credit committee, an auditor and a ministry apply different tests to the same document. Each is established at scoping, and the work is built to meet it.

Scoped to the reader

The committee, the lender or the ministry that must accept the document sets its standard — not house style.

Evidenced throughout

Primary sources, verified figures, and a traceable basis for every assumption that carries weight.

Senior authorship

Chartered analysts, sector economists and former bankers, working to the evidentiary standard of the receiving institution.

Mandates

The institutions we document for.

Client names are held in confidence. What follows is the class of mandate the practice is retained for, and the institution the file is prepared for.

How a mandate runs

Four stages, in order.

01

Private consultation

A confidential conversation about what the document has to achieve, and who has to accept it.

02

Forensic research

Primary sources, verified figures, and a written record of where every number came from.

03

Authorship

Drafted by senior consultants in the register the receiving institution expects.

04

Partner review & signature

Attacked internally by a second senior reviewer, corrected, then released over a named advisor’s signature.

The investment

Engagements begin at USD $2,500.

The fee is fixed in writing before work begins, and does not move. A limited number of mandates are accepted each quarter, so that every page carries senior attention. This is not a price-competitive practice.

FAQ

Answered plainly.

What a prospective client asks before instructing the practice, answered as it is answered in the room.

01 What does an engagement cost?
From USD $2,500, set by the research a mandate demands and the scale of the document it produces — not by page count. The figure is quoted in writing at intake and does not move. A brief decided on price belongs elsewhere.
02 When will we have it?
Two to six weeks, set by scope and fixed at intake. Research is verified, authorship is senior, and review is adversarial. The stages that determine whether a document survives scrutiny are not compressed.
03 Who will be writing our document?
Chartered analysts, sector economists and former bankers. You are told which of them holds your mandate before work begins, and that advisor is answerable for it at every stage.
04 Do you take every mandate?
No. A limited number are accepted each quarter, from listed corporations, financial institutions, government bodies and funded enterprises. Where a requirement sits outside the practice, that is said at the first conversation.
